Does it work without internet?
Yes. The till keeps selling and printing when the connection drops, and sync finishes by itself when it returns.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Aura Retail is Arabic-first, with a full right-to-left interface. Aura Clinic comes in Arabic and English.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows computer for the counter and your shop network. An Android phone is optional.
Which barcode scanners and printers?
Barcode scanners and receipt printers connect to the shop computer. Tell us what you have and we will check it with you.
Can I see the shop from my phone?
Yes, on an Android phone. It finds your computer over the shop network and stays in sync automatically.
Several branches?
Yes. Stock moves between branches, one main computer keeps numbers and permissions consistent, and an audit log records what happened.
Is my data safe?
Aura Retail runs on your shop computer and works offline. In Aura Clinic, the patient database is encrypted on the clinic Windows PC, and roles with per-user permissions control who sees what.
How much does it cost?

Do you install and train?
Yes. Our team in Amman installs the system and trains your staff, and we stay on for support.
Can you move my data from another system?
Yes. Data migration is part of how we set you up. Tell us what you use today.
Is Aura Clinic for dental clinics?
Yes. It has patient files, an appointment calendar, a tooth chart, treatment plans and a follow-up sheet per visit. It works offline, in Arabic and English.
What about Aura Gym?
Aura Gym, for gyms and sports clubs, is coming. It is in development.
